Fabio has been working as a Lean Lab consultant at Meocon for several years. With over 30 years of experience in the life science industry, his focus has always been on Operational Excellence — identifying where laboratories lose time, energy, and clarity.
He came up with the initial idea of q_alizer™ after observing the same problem again and again: complex, spreadsheet-based analyses that couldn't scale. His vision was to transform those manual processes into a digital, cockpit-based solution that gives quality teams real-time transparency.
As Co-Founder and Chairman, Fabio continues directing q_alizer's strategic vision, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to guide the company's product development and market direction.
