One system for the entire batch release

In the beginning there was a spread sheet

This is a very common story, this is how it starts. And this spread sheet had lots of spreadsheet friends...and in the end, this is far from a fairy tale. All these different data sources lead to a lack of transparency. Quality organizations face the problem that it is very hard for them to maintain an overview of all the batch release processes they have to complete.

Quality in the highly regulated Life Science Industry

Quality processes are key to release a drug in time to the customers, and ultimately the patients. With the increasing demands, diverse priorities quality teams struggle to proactively manage all batch release processes. A never-ending story of fire fighting and reactive working starts, putting teams to into stressful situations.

Better understand and leverage your data

When quality organizations have full transparency of all the data throughout the entire batch release process, the amount of deviations can be significantly reduced. Life science companies own massive amounts of quality data without understanding what this data tells them. When understanding how to proactively manage your Work in Progress and increase your throughput time, quality organizations can better plan their workflows, avoid or better manage deviations and achieve the number one goal of quality teams: release batches on time.
